Classes offered are:
Preterm Labor awareness (gives information and validation of symptoms of preterm labor)
Childbirth education Birthing from Within (focuses on preparing women for the deep emotional and physical work of birth)
Breastfeeding class (teaching  basic breast and baby anatomy, baby lead attachment, holding and feeding techniques)
Baby basics ( focusing on your baby during the first 6 weeks of life)

All classes are offered by Registered Nurses, Midwives or Certified educators.

Doula / Monitirice services:
Emotional and physical support for women during pregnancy and birth
Antepartum (pregnancy support for mothers on bed rest during high risk pregnancies)
Labor support (doppler fetal monitoring at home during early labor)
Postpartum support (breastfeeding support, baby care, etc)

This service is meant to compliment the care that your physician or Midwife currently offer you.

All services are offered by Midwives, Nurses and Doulas who are experienced in the care of women and babies.
